How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time from your customer account or by using this number on our tracking page.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery is handled by GLS within 2 to 4 business days. This timeframe applies from the validation of your payment. Delivery is free for all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How can I return a product?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return a product. Log in to your customer account to initiate the return and download the prepaid return label. The refund is processed within 14 days after the product is received.
Does the warranty cover all issues?
The 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covers all manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to our warranty terms for more details.
